Ordering food and delivery timing

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy food. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order . The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order.
Preparing time for your orders may vary as it depends how busy we are but generally , for pick up orders is 15mins-25mins and delivery orders from 45mins-60 mins.in case of changes on this timing we will call you or email you. If your order is cancelled and refunded for any reasons. We will notify you by phone or email.

Cancelling orders/Returns/Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
Please be aware we won’t be able to offer you returns/refunds if your order is prepared and ready to be consumed .
However ,you may cancel or amend order to giving us call or email asap, so we can arrange refunds. If there is anything wrong with your order please notify us the same day so we can resolve it immediately .we reserve the right not to take any steps if issues not notify us the same business day. Refunds will be issues with in two working days.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.
